I work as a growth partner with CEOs, founders, PE operating partners, and marketing leaders – bringing 15 years of experience as a brand GM and portfolio leader to diagnose what's broken and build the strategy and roadmap to fix it.
When a business is declining, stalling, or underperforming its potential, I find the root causes, architect the repositioning strategy, and lead or advise through the execution across portfolio, product, pricing, and go-to-market.

I've built, scaled, and revitalized consumer brands and product portfolios in Fortune 500 and high-growth, venture-backed environments, including successfully turning around $5M-$350M category icons and challengers across lifecycle stages.
My specialty is taking brands and products that are stuck - declining, mispositioned, or underperforming their potential - and returning them to healthy growth.
I hold an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and built my pre-MBA career in entertainment, including co-founding and scaling Above Average – Saturday Night Live's digital brand and one of YouTube's top content platforms (8.6M subscribers, 2B+ views). This early background in entertainment-grade storytelling, audience-building, and cultural fluency complement my CGP brand management-trained strategic and analytical rigor and are core to how I identify and frame the positioning and narratives that brands and their products need to win.
My track record as a brand leader and portfolio GM includes driving four distinct brands to industry-leading success, earning a "Grand Slam" of Beverage Dynamics’ Growth Brand Awards (recognizing the US beverage alcohol industry’s top-performing brands) by winning across all four categories: Rising Star, Fast Track, Established Growth, and Comeback Brand.
