  • Restored a Fortune 500's flagship wine brand ($350M) to category outperformance after three years lagging the market. Developed its most successful brand platform in 40 years, unlocked a new generation of buyers while strengthening the core, and reversed a compounding cycle of declining share, margin compression, and competitive displacement.

  • Executed successful turnaround of a stalling early-stage brand acquired 2 years prior and underperforming its growth targets since - inherited with no handoff, a burned-out team, a broken GTM model, and two consecutive years of 30%+ underperformance vs. plan. Built analytics base, diagnosed root causes, rebuilt the route-to-market strategy, redirected budget from low-ROI sponsorships to high-conversion tactics and velocity-driving retail activation in core markets, and improved retail velocity 40% - closing the gap to plan from 70% to 110% within two quarters.

I diagnose the root causes behind underperformance, lay out the jobs to be done, architect the playbooks and roadmaps to restore growth, margin, and enterprise value, and lead cross-functional execution of the strategy through the turnaround.


My work takes pressure-ridden brands, products, and portfolios navigating decline, disruption, or transition and restores relevance, performance, and competitive position.

Who I Am

I've spent 15 years inside the operating room of consumer businesses as a brand, marketing, and product strategy leader and portfolio GM.

I've built, scaled, and revitalized consumer brands and product portfolios in Fortune 500 and high-growth, venture-backed environments, including successfully turning around $5M-$350M category icons and challengers across lifecycle stages. 


My specialty is taking brands and products that are stuck - declining, mispositioned, or underperforming their potential - and unlocking their next phase of growth.


I hold an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and built my pre-MBA career in entertainment, including co-founding and scaling Above Average, a breakthrough digital brand and content platform, to the top 1% of its peer set and industry award recognition within a year. This early background in entertainment-grade storytelling, audience-building, and cultural fluency complement my CGP brand management-trained strategic and analytical rigor and are core to how I identify and frame the positioning and narratives that brands and their products need to win.


My track record as a brand leader and portfolio GM includes driving four distinct brands to industry-leading success, earning a "Grand Slam" of Beverage Dynamics’ Growth Brand Awards (recognizing the US beverage alcohol industry’s top-performing brands) by winning across all four categories: Rising Star, Fast Track, Established Growth, and Comeback Brand.
