I work as a growth partner for CEOs, marketing leaders, founders, and PE operating partners, bringing 15+ years of consumer brand, product, and GM experience to make softening or stalling consumer brands and products work again and restore sustainable, profitable growth.
1. Stalling Growth or in Decline: Revenue is sliding, relevance is eroding, and the current strategy isn't working. You need someone who's diagnosed and solved this before - at scale.
2. Pre- or Post-Transaction Repositioning and Re-Rating: You're preparing a brand for sale, integrating an acquisition, or restructuring a portfolio.
3. Growth-Stage but Hitting a Wall: The early playbook stopped working. You need strategic repositioning to break through to the next stage, not just more marketing.
I diagnose the root causes behind underperformance, lay out the jobs to be done, architect the playbooks and roadmaps to restore growth, margin, and enterprise value, and — in select fractional engagements — lead cross-functional execution of the strategy through the turnaround.

I hold an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and built my pre-MBA career in entertainment, including co-founding and scaling Above Average, a breakthrough digital brand and content platform, to the top 1% of its peer set and industry award recognition within a year. This early background in entertainment-grade storytelling, audience-building, and cultural fluency complement my CGP brand management-trained strategic and analytical rigor and are core to how I identify and frame the positioning and narratives that brands and their products need to win.
