Executed the successful turnaround of a recently acquired early growth-stage brand underperforming its growth targets - inherited with no handoff, a strained lean team, a broken GTM model, and two consecutive years of 30%+ underperformance vs. plan. Restored performance, drove retail velocity +40%, and closed gap to plan from 70% to 110% within a single planning cycle.
Led the end-to-end repositioning, revitalization, and re-rating of a top 5 US vodka brand ($200M) with full P&L ownership, delivering a premium acquisition in a down market.
Restored a Fortune 500's flagship wine brand ($350M) to category outperformance after three years lagging the market, including developing and launching its most successful brand platform and integrated marketing campaign in over a decade.

I've built, scaled, and revitalized consumer brands and product portfolios in Fortune 500 and venture-backed environments. My record spans three brand turnarounds ($5M-$300M), two brand exits, 40+ product launches, founding and scaling a subscription business from zero to the top 1% of its peer set and first-year profitability.
I specialize in diagnosing brands and products that are stuck - declining, mispositioned, or underdelivering - and restoring their retail, DTC, and omnichannel performance.
I hold an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and built my pre-MBA career in entertainment, including co-founding and scaling Above Average – Saturday Night Live's digital brand and one of YouTube's top content platforms. This early background in entertainment-grade storytelling, audience-building, and cultural fluency complement my CPG brand management-trained strategic and analytical rigor and are core to how I identify and frame the positioning and narratives that brands and their products need to win.
My track record as a brand leader and portfolio GM includes driving four distinct brands to industry-leading success, earning a "Grand Slam" of Beverage Dynamics’ Growth Brand Awards (recognizing the US beverage alcohol industry’s top-performing brands) by winning across all four categories: Rising Star, Fast Track, Established Growth, and Comeback Brand.
